Research Boundary

MarketSchema Research provides informational research tools. Cited changed evidence, falsifiable hypotheses, prospective outcome observations, saved packets, exports, and API content are research context only. They are not investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security.

Hub is the sole authority for canonical Asset identity and current or point-in-time Basket taxonomy and membership. Research does not issue a local peer taxonomy, Schema Score, Basket relative strength, grade, vote, or rank. It does not size, route, or execute a decision; Decision Terminal retains that authority. Research output is not a personalized recommendation.

Product Use

Baskets and Board

These surfaces consume the exact currently served Hub Asset and point-in-time Basket contract. They preserve instrument and issuer identity, PRIMARY or CONTEXT role, effective and known-at clocks, revision identity, and typed pending or unavailable truth; they do not create membership, peer groups, scores, ranks, or Basket relative strength.

Evidence and outcomes

Research may attach cited changed evidence, falsifiable hypotheses, and prospective observations to exact Hub identities. An outcome remains null and typed insufficient until lawful natural evidence and the required Hub point-in-time outcome receipt exist.

Saved packets and downloads

Existing owner-bound packets and their DOCX, PDF, and Markdown exports preserve the same informational boundary. Current fresh packet creation, refresh, provider or model compute, and Research token spend are unavailable. Redistribution must not remove the not-investment-advice disclaimer or present a packet as personalized advice.

Account Tokens

Identity, entitlement, billing, and token balances are owned by the MarketSchema platform. MarketSchema Research may read account state to display balances and historical custody or spend records, but its current served path does not initiate fresh token spend.

Tokens are a platform product-access unit, not a promise of investment outcome, source availability, future Research compute, or uninterrupted service.

Reliability

The service can include Hub identity packets, public-company filings, company-published material, source receipts, saved historical records, and prospective observations. Those materials can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong.

MarketSchema Research preserves source freshness, evidence gaps, identity clocks, and typed pending or unavailable states instead of inventing precision. No output is guaranteed to be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a specific decision.

Acceptable Use

Do not abuse, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, share credentials, or use the service to provide unlawful, misleading, or personalized financial advice.

API and export access may be rate-limited, withheld, suspended, or changed when needed to protect the service, users, source providers, or compliance boundary.
